At the BLÙ private residence High Rise the sensation of being immersed in nature while at the same time floating in the ocean merge into a unique and comfortable 
design.
The project has a commercial area in front of a boulevard with 8 commercial establishments measuring 40 square meters each and a 156 square meter café-restaurant.
Nature and water are exceptionally important elements in the project and are present both on the land as well as in each floor of the high rise.
The triple-height lobby offers visibility through theorganization in order to appreciate the ocean, a spa and an inner garden.
The apartments begin to change their shape and number to create a distinct volume and provide space for gardens and oceanview at each floor.
FIFTY SIX units make up the high rise with 7 different models.
The use of solar panels and potable water storage tanks provide the finishing touches to what is a natural project; a bio-design in complete harmony with its surroundings.
